English abstract
The temporary public jobs occupy considerable significance in the state along with the permanent public jobs as a part of the administrative body path of operating its activities and running its facilities to achieve the public interest. There is an urgent need for this kind of job in the legislative aspect, especially in light of the administrative system's inclination to make temporary contracts based on work interest and the available financial capabilities.
On this basis, the study addressed the legislative system of temporary public jobs. Therefore, the introductory chapter investigated the temporary public jobs in terms of their definition and differentiating them for permanent jobs. The first chapter addressed employees? rights and duties. The second chapter addresses confirmation and expiry of the employment relationship between the temporary employee and the administrative body. The study used the analytical and inductive approaches and concluded various results and recommendations.
