English abstract
This study aimed to investigate the possibility of applying electronic supervision in the Ministry of Education, Sultanate of Oman, and the study followed a descriptive approach, as was the use of the questionnaire as a tool for the study, which consisted of (57) items distributed on three axes, first axis: the supervisors applying extend of modern technologies, which consisted of (13) items, and the second axis: the importance of e supervision, and consisted of (8) items, and the third axis: the requirements for the application of electronic supervision in the Ministry of Education, which consisted of (36) items. Was measured the valitidy of the tool (13) an arbitrator with the competence and experience, as the stability of the tool was calculated by Ccoefficient Cronbach alpha = (0.92). The study sample consisted of (212) members of the administrators and the educational supervisors in each of the Ministry of Education, and the Governorate of Muscat, the Governorate of Al Buraimi, and South Batinah region. After collecting questionnaires data were entered using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), was extracted and then averages and standard deviations to answer the first question, and answer the second question was the use of analysis of variance (ONE WAY ANOVA). One of the main findings of the field study as follows: The results showed that the four areas of study, obtained the very high degree was in the following areas: (the importance of electronic supervision, and legislative requirements, and requirements for deploying technology and to provide support for the application of electronic supervision, and requirements material), as shown by the results of the study, two areas of study, obtained the high estimate degree, namely: (the reality of the practice of supervisors of modern technologies in the field of supervisory and training requirements and human resource development), and the results showed that there are (44), paragraph got a high estimate degree too. And (13), paragraph got a high estimate degree of the study results, that all items included in the instrument of the study did not get any of them medium or weak or very weak degree, and there was no statistically significant differences at the level (a = 0.05) in responses members of the study sample due to the variable qualified in the following areas: (Reality practice modern technology by supervisors in the field of supervisory, and requirements for deploying technology and support for the application of electronic supervision, and physical requirements, training requirements and human resource development). While no statistically significant differences at the level (a = 0.05) attributed to study sample responses due to the educational qualification variable in the areas (the importance of electronic supervision, and legislative requirements) and in favor of Masters holders. There were no statistically significant differences at the level (a = 0.05) in the study sample responses due to practical experience in the field of Internet and computers in all study fields, and no statistically significant differences at the level (a = 0.05) in the responses of the study sample is attributable to the employer in the following areas: "the requirement of deploying technology and to provide support for the application of electronic supervision, and physical requirements, and requirements for training and human resource development" and in favor of individuals workers in the Al Buraimi region, no statistically significant differences at the level (a = 0.05) in the responses of the study sample in terms of work in the fields of study the following: (the reality of the practice of supervisors of modern technologies in the field, and the importance of electronic supervision, and legislative requirements).
