English abstract
The concept of interaction has been given much importance in many disciplines, mputer science and information systems. The interactions happen at different levels and in different situations. Interactions involve actors that act in re-action to one other action. The enterprise, as an actor, needs to implement interactions for different purposes and in different situations. Indeed, the knowledge emerging from interactions is greater than the sum of actor's knowledge.
This research aims at building Ontology for enterprise interactions in order to solve the problems related to the current models of interactions. It is limited to two types of interactions: Extended Enterprise (EE) and Virtual Enterprise (VE). An EE is a loosely coupled, self-organizing network of enterprises that combine their economic output to provide product/service offerings. An EV is a kind of temporary relationships between independent enterprises, competitors, and partners which are ready to access each other market even they are geographically distributed.
The proposed Ontology is built on Noy and McGuinness method, which consists of seven steps. Protégé environment has been used for designing the Ontology and the Pellet plug-in tool has been used to check the consistency of the Ontology. In addition, SPARQL query method was used to query the Ontology. The new Ontology semantically represents the emerging knowledge released from interactions.
