English abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the questions in the Islamic textbooks at the secondary school stage according to Bloom's taxonomy. the main questions are : 1- To what extent do the questions in the Islamic textbooks consider Bloom's taxonomy of different cognitive levels ? . 2- To what extent do the cognitive levels differ according to the branches of Islamic Education subject ?. 3- To what extent do the cognitive levels differ according to the semesters ? . The sample of the study consists of (1267) questions. Instruments of the study were list of the behavioral statements for cognitive levels and content analysis checklist for analyzing the questions To answer the first question , percent and frequencies were obtained by the use of SPSS .To answer questions two and three OneWay Anova was used and Schefee pairwise comparisons. . The result of the study reveal that the questions of the Islamic textbooks in secondary stage were distributed in an unbalanced way. Also, the results show that there is a significcant difference at (oc=0.05) in favor of a good distribution for Al-Sera . In addition to that the results show a significant diffenene at(oc=0.05) in favor of good distribution for the first semester in the second secondary class. In accordance with the results of the study the researcher recommends the followins : - When determining the objectives it is necessary to consider all levels and It is necessary to consider the balance between the different cognitive levels.
