English abstract
The aims of the study are to discover the reality of the project management production in the school and the second aim is to give suggestion for develop these students' project management production. To achieve the study aims it used qualitative method and it used interviews with the students themselves and the career counselors . The interview questions which belong to the students show the main project prosses to manage the projects and each axis show amount of questions belong to these prosses .The two research tool applied on four governate They are Muscat govern ate ,Al Bhatina south govern ate ,Al Shargya governate and Dhofar governate .The society of the study involved 385 students and 90 career counselors . The target of the study has been choosed and it involved 54 students and 24 from the councilors. The result of the research shows the real of the project management production and the shows some problems that face the main prosses of the students prosses such as (planning „superintendence, evaluation and calibration). The result shows that 30% of the students do planning prosse and 40%of the students do superintendence ,evaluation and calibration The rest of other projects management processes don't show any problems faced them .Also from the result shows processes the communication and marketing was achieve the highest among the students' views from the research target.
The study recommended many advices such as:
-applied new curriculum for projects management production for the students. -conduct some workshops about planning ,superintendence , evaluation and calibration -Build a box for fund the students 'projects management.
-Conduct some some exhibitions in the school and outside the school. -activate the cooperation between Ministry
of education and privet sector, administrations and the society association and privet sector to support the
students projects management. -cooperate with the different media and know the society about the students
production project.
