English abstract
The aim of this research was to measure the efficiency of a training programme to improve intrinsic motivation in vesicle education subject on the 9th grade female students in Batina region through testing the following hypothesis: There is a statistical significant difference at level 0.01 in the post test of intrinsic motivation and it's four elements which affect the average scores for 9th grade female students between the experimental group and the control group and There is a statistical significant difference at level 0.01 with female 9th female grade students with the experimental group whom were exposed to the training program. The sample of this study consisted of (60) female students of 9th grade students. Students were randomly assigned into two groups: an experimental group including (30) female students and a control group including (30). To examine the study's hypothesis, a training programme was designed and it consisted of (22) sessions. Each training session run for (45) minutes and the intrinsic motivation test was applied to the experimental and control group. The goal was to compare their performance in the pre and post tests. After collecting data, analytical statistical methods revealed the following result: There are statistical significance differences at the level of 0.01 between the experimental group and the control group in the level of intrinsic motivation that was attributed to the training programme. In the light of the results of this study, there should be a training
programmes for teachers to train them on this programme or other similar programmes which are based on intrinsic motivation.
