English abstract
This study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological Burnout and quality of life among the teachers of the field one in Muscat Governorate Sultanate of Oman. This study used descriptive approach. The study used sample consisted of (478) teachers.
The burnouts calemade by, (Abdullah, 1994). And quality of life scale made by (al Zadjalyah, 2013). The results showed the following:

There was a negative correlation between psychological Burnout and quality of life. The level of psychological Burnout was average while the level of quality of life was low. There were no significant difference in psychological Burnout due to educational qualification. There were statistically significant difference in the level of psychological Burnout due to years of experience in field one of teachers who have more than to years of experience. There are no difference in the quality of life among the teachers of the fild on edue to the educational qualification and years of experience.
