English abstract
Objectives of the study: This study aimed to identify the social and administrative constraints affecting the decision-making process of social control for students at the Institute of Islamic Sciences in the Sultanate of Oman, and come up with recommendations to mitigate the impact of these factors on the decision makers of social control to students.
Questions and hypotheses of the study: What are the social constraints and administrative obstacles that affect the decision makers of social control institutions for students of Islamic sciences?. The study hypotheses: No homework a meaningful statistical study on community responses pivotal social constraints for different types of administrative obstacles: the experience , academic qualification, and profession.
Community of the study: The study was applied on educational institutes working in the Islamic sciences in the Sultanate of Oman, and numbered (62) between the teachers and administrators, and lost after the application number (4) forms of a questionnaire study. The percentage of administrators (22.4%), teachers (77.6%) of the total community study. The form of working experience ranging from (6 to 10 years) than the proportion of members of a community study (41.4%), and more community study are of a campaign by BA (84.5%).
Key findings: The study found that more social constraints impact on the decision makers of social control for students are: the reluctance of some educators to convey their views on to the official Top frankly, courtesy of the highest official in preference of the decision of social control, the impact on some school educational level of the student when a decision has social settings. The more administrative obstacles affecting are: declining assess the decision of social control the former, do not benefit from the experiences of colleagues in other institutes at the decision for a similar problem, taking into account the view of some officials who believe that the standards of success.
The most important recommendations: The need for training workshops and courses in the field of scientific decision-making to the members of the Board of the Institute , established an automated system for storing student data, and behavioral aspects , each official of the Center to encourage his subordinates to document the problems related to student behavior in their respective spheres , and review the way in exchange financial reward offered by the Bureau for students of Islamic science institutes
