English abstract
This study aims to determine the requirements of the administrative empowerment for teachers at school - self management system. It also aims to detect differences in tesse requirements through the responses of the sample of the study according to reverd variables (gender, experience, educational region, the application integrative there for project professional development) and, therefore, to propose measures to activate the administrative empowerment at school – self management Sultanate of Oman. To achieve these objectives, the study has followed the descriptive method using a(questionnaire) that included three axes representing the administrative empowerment requirements for teachers, namely, (laws and regulations, supportive components that enable the administrative empowerment for teachers, and professional development for teachers). After achieving the validity and reliability, the questionnaire was applied to (411) teachers and senior teachers at school self management. The study used the statistical package for Social Sciences (SPSS), through statistical methods( means, One way ANOVA, standard deviations, t.test and LSD in order to analyze the data. The study results revealed as follow:
1. There is a need for laws and regulations, professional development for teachers, and supportive components in order to achier effective administrative empowerment for teachers. 2. There are significant statistical differences at the level of (0.05 = a) in the axes of lows and regulations due to the variables of gender, experience, educational region, and the application of integrative project for professional development. Accordinly, study suggests:
1. Emphasizing teachers' Psychological care through providing empowerment environment starting from providing suitable
offices. 2. Conducting scientific research to investigate the administrative empowerment for teachers at other school run.
