English abstract
The study aimed to find out the reality of the use of standard Arabic by Arabic Language teachers in their oral performance in the classroom. To define the role of gender, teaching experience & the surrounding environment) in the use of standard Arabic in oral performance in the classroom. To achieve this, the researcher recorded (20) complete lessons taken from Musandam Directorate schools. Then analyzed them according to three levels( morphological, grammatical & lexical ) The study came up with the following results:
1. The percentage of mistakes was(33.18%) of the total used words> 2. There is no statistically significant differences between the averages of the oral performance of teachers are due to experience or a graduation. 3. There is statistically significant differences between the averages of the oral performance of teachers are due sex (women). At the end of this study, the results provide a numbers of recommendations and proposals that promote the use of classical language and its development.
