English abstract
The present study aimed at verifying the effectiveness of an integrated e-learning module in developing the written composition skills of the ninth grade students. In order to achieve this, the researcher prepared a list of written composition skills suitable for the ninth grade students. It also tested the written composition and correction criterion, and a guide in how they were employed in the teaching of written composition, all were presented to a group of competent arbitrators to ascertain their validity, and according to the consistency of the test by calculating the coefficient of internal consistency by the Pearson correlation coefficient, T 0.95 skills combined.
The study included a semi-experimental approach based on the design of the experimental and control groups. The experimental group included 35 students who studied the written composition by the integrated e-module and the control group 34 students who left for the usual teaching procedures.
The results of the study showed the effectiveness of the integrated e-learning module in developing the written composition skills combined and separate of the students of the experimental group in post-application except content skill to test written composition skills.
Based on this result, the researcher recommended the need to pay attention to the development of written composition skills through various learning techniques based on e-learning in general and integrated elearning in particular, such as the programs prepared in the present study. For its importance in developing the skills of written composition of the students. The researcher suggested conducting studies to detect the effectiveness of e-learning in the development of other language skills and their branches in the various stages of study, its effectiveness in other variables such as critical and creative thinking, and the development of motivation in learning the language.
