English abstract
This study aimed to recognise the level of the organizational justice and its relation to the employee's job involvement in the Directorate General of Education in Education, in ALDakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. . The descriptive method was used and a questionnaire which applied to (220) employees randomly.
The study has found that the level of organizational justice in the Directorate General of Education in the Governorate of ALDakhiliyah, according to the point of view of employees, was medium for all dimensions. The results also revealed found that the dimension interactional justice came in first place followed by the second place came dimension procedural justice. While dimension the distributive justice came in last place.The findings also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences (α≤ 0.05) due to the gender and academic qualification variables. However, there were significant differences when referring to years of experience. In addition, the study found that the level of employee's job involvement in the Directorate General of Education was almost high for all dimensions. While dimension behavioral job involvement came in first place followed by second place dimension cognitive job involvement, which came dimension the emotional job involvement career in the last rank. However, there were differences of statistical significance (α≤ 0.05) attributed to the gender variable in favor of males, but there were not any statistical differences attributed to the academic qualification and years of experience variables. Moreover, the results showed a positive correlation between dimensions of organizational justice organizational justice and dimensions of job involvement. In addition, the results indicated that all organizational justice dimensions accounted for (11.9%).
To sum up, the study suggested a number of recommendations. Firstly', it is very important to allow the staff to participate making administrative decisions, especially those related to their work in the Directorate General of ALDakhiliyah. Secondly, reconsider the possibility of improving and developing the system of incentives and promotions in terms of material and moral. Thirdly, the professional development plan for all staff should include training and educational courses, which will help them to understand the concept of justice in the Directorate.
