The study aimed to investigate the practice degree of basic education School principals in Al-Dhahirah governorate for transformational leadership and its relationship to the morale of teachers, The sample of study consisted of 384 teachers, and the researcher used the descriptive method as a tool to measure both the transformational leadership and the morale of teachers.
In order to process the data, the following methods were used: means, standard deviations, (T-test), Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and test analysis of variance (one way ANOVA).
The results of the study are:
1- The degree of basic education School principals in Al-Dhahirah governorate for transformational leadership was (Medium), and the degree of morale of the teachers was (Medium).
2- The results also showed positive correlation between the principals' transformational leadership and the morale of teachers.
3- the study revealed no statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of gender, educational qualification and years of experience regarding transformational leadership, and the morale of teachers.
The study recommends the importance of using transformational leadership to raise the morale of teachers, by using Professional management practices, make an impact among teachers, such as the participation of teachers in Decision making and establish dialogue and allow criticism, Observation, group planning, and promotion of teacher development.
