English abstract
This study aimed to find degree of Administrative Supervisors Practicing
on the change management and its relationship with job satisfaction among
of the Headmasters and their Assistants in South Sharqia Governorate in
Sultanate of Oman, and to know the impact of the variable ( gender, years
of experience, academic qualifications and job title) on degree of
Administrative Supervisors Practicing on the change management, and
degree of job satisfaction.
The study used descriptive method to collect the necessary data for the
current study. we sent them to the 157 people in the sample group from
those, we received 109 completed questionnaires.
The questionnaire was implemented as the tool of data collection of the
study sample, it consisted of item on two fields: first one was about
change management and their dimensions was (development of good
human relationship, achieving sharing on change, carefully option of
change, motivation of achieving the aims of change), the second was about
job satisfaction and their dimensions was (promotion and advancement in
work, Administer supervisor, subject satisfaction, achievement of self).
