English abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out about the reality of the implementing the electronic portal in school administration in the Sultanate of Oman. Besides, it identifies the difficulties that are faced who in schools administration. To achieve the objectives of the study, a scale of (83) items were constructed which have been validated, using two the method of validity the items validity, and construct validity with coefficients ranging between (0.76-0.86). Reliability coefficient of the scale was identified using the alpha cronbach which is (0.80-0.91), with standard error of (0.14) score. A sample of (60) headmasters and headmistresses were randomly stratified selected from population of Muscat basic education schools. The data were analyzed using (SPSS). Result of the study revealed that the reality of implementing the educational portal in school administration in the basic education schools in Muscat has come out with (mostly).What s more no statistical differences at the level of significantly (0.05≥α) were found between the means of the sample ratings in the first core concerning the reality of implementing of the educational portal in school administrations according to the gender, administrative experience and scientific qualification.
