English abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the Emotional security and its
relationship to efficient performance of database specialists at dhofar
schools. The population of the study consisted of (140) database
specialists at dhofar schools. To achieve the objectives of the study the
researcher used the Descriptive Relational method. To answer the
questions of the study the researcher calculated the averages, standard
deviations, and Pearson correlation coefficient, ANOVA.
The study reached the following results:
1- Levels of Emotional security among teachers of governmental schools in
dhofar who were appointed as database specialists are relatively high.

2- Levels of job performance efficiency among teachers of governmental
schools at dhofar who were appointed as database specialists are relatively high.
3 - The study found there is a direct correlation statistically significant
elevated at the level of significance (α<0.05) between levels of
psychological security of databases specialist and between levels of
performance efficiency of their duties.
4- There were statistically significant differences at the level (α<1.15) in
the levels of Emotional security of database specialists at dhofar
governmental schools which can be attributed to differences in
qualifications for the Diploma holders compared Bachelor / Master
holders.
5 -No statistically significant differences at the level (α<1.15) in the levels
of Emotional security of database specialists at dhofar schools which can
be attributed to differences in: gender, age, different number of years of
experience as a teacher, and the number of years of experience as
database specialists.
