English abstract
The research aimed to know the degree of Post Basic headmistress practicing the professional performance evaluation skills from the teachers' point of view in Al_ Dhakhilya governorate in Sultanate of Oman. It aimed also to know the opinions of the research sample on the same topic according to the research variables like ( the sex, the qualification, the experience and the title of the job) .And to achieve the research aim the researcher has designed a questionnaire contains (53) statements distributed on three sectors which are the administrative sector, the technical sector and the human sector. After eliciting the connotations honesty and the signs of stability which belong to the instrument, they were distributed to (480)teachers both males and females in ( 18) Post Basic schools in Al_Dhakhilya governorate .They were chosen randomly in a simple way. The researcher has reached to these outcomes :
The degree of the post basic headmistress practicing the professional evaluation skills from the teachers point of view in Al-Dhakhlya governorate was very high.
