English abstract
The object of the study is to identify the level of Motivation, Self-efficacy and Mental Health of Omani teacher in north Batinah, and to identify the differences between genders in variables of study. In order to achieve objectives of the study, the researcher used three scales: Motivation scale by Bernaus, Wilson, & Gardener ( 2009)) · Self-efficacy scale by AlI- Dhafiri and Ambo Saidi (2012) and Mental Health Scale by veit &ware ( 1983). The sample of the study comprised of (232) teachers (male) and (240) teacher (female) from (6) female schools ( and (6) male schools from North Batinah Governorate. In order to answer the questions of the study, the researcher used arithmetic averages, hypothesis average, standard deviation; multiple regression analysis, one-way analysis of variance and test (T) and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The researcher also used Cronbach's alpha test to ensure reliability of the tools. The study results were First: The general level of Motivation, mental health and self-efficacy of the teachers in North Batinah Governorate is medium.Second: There are statistically significant differences between teachers (Females arid males) in Motivation and Mental Health in favor of males, and self-efficacy in favor of females.
