English abstract
The study aimed at ensuring the importance of the managerial activity in solving the school problems at the post basic schools in the Sultanate of Oman and identifying the effect of the study's variabilities: (occupation, gender, experience, qualification and the educational governorate) on the managerial innovation and Creativity in Solving the School's Problems. Besides, the study aims at reaching to propose the appropriate recommendations which through them it can be possible to reinforce and activate the role of the managerial Creativity in Solving the School's Problems. To achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire was made composed of TV items. These items are distributed on six calibers. The calibers discuss the role of the managerial Creativity in Solving the School's Problems. Six different managerial titles were targeted: The titles ranging from planning, rules and regulations, student's affairs, staff professional development, communication between the school, the family and the community, and the staff enhancement. After ensuring the validity and credibility of the questionnaires it was conducted on 1. people. There were 1 TV headmasters and headmistresses, et male & female supervisors. The researcher used the descriptive style. The results of the study were: The methodology which is appropriate for this kind of studies. The average of the respondents of the people in accordance with the role of the managerial Creativity in accordance with the first Solving the Schools Problem at the post basic schools was of average rate. The role of managerial creativity in solving the problem associated with the strategic planning. It comes at the first rank with a medium of (T. 2A) and a deviation of (..V1) and with average rate of application. The second caliber is incorporated with solving the problems integrated with the students' affairs, and with a medium of (.), and deviation of (*)) and an average rate of application. Next caliber is associated with those problems incorporated with issues of professional development. The mediums of (19) and a deviation of (0.12) with in average rate of application. After that came the caliber incorporated with those problems associated with regulations and rules
and School's agenda with a medium that reached (10) and a deviation of (11), and with average
application. There were no significant statistical differences in the estimation of the people of the
study that targeted the role of the managerial Creativity in Solving the School's Problems according to the variabilies of: profession, gender, qualification. However, there were statistical differences in the estimation of variabilies of years of experience for the slide (1 years and less) as well as for the educational Governorate and Ministry's Court. The main recommendations of the study were: empowering the schools with titles of school duties, managerial, technical, and financial and this aims at ensuring the performance of the school management and enhancing creativity in school management as well. Besides, it increases the creative staff at schools and appreciating their efforts at different levels. Guiding in awareness programs that target an increase of the managerial staff's and supervision's perceptions accomplishment of the managerial and technical staff creativity. This will be throughout application of trait's measurements and tests for the candidates for these jobs. The aim is to guarantee the best choice of personnel as well as attracting the professional staff to occupy the positions of teaching, supervisory and technical throughout materialistic funds. Also, implementation of mutual participatory programs in the issues of school creativity between the school managements at the governorate, at the national levels as well as with other countries to have deliberate of other experiences and initiatives of creativity projects and development of school
performance.
