One of the most important results concluded by the study is that the percentage of bullying behavior among grade two students in Al Batinah North Governorate is low; since it reaches only (15.01)%. The results show also that student in Al Batinah North Governorate has emotional intelligence capacities; whereas social efficiency dimension represents the most one owned by sample members, then the personal efficiency comes in the last rank. Regarding the bullying behavior relation to the emotional intelligence for, the study concludes that there is a negative inverse relationship between the two variables; the more the emotional intelligence increases, the more bullying behavior decreases.
