English abstract
This study aimed at identifying The Role Of School Management in care gifted students In the governate of Muscat In Sultanate of Oman, To achieve the study objective, a questionnaire consisting of (46) items was designed spread over four main fields , was administrated to (630) Managers and assistants and first teachers and administrators activities, department heads after establishing its validity and reliability. To answer the study questions, the means, standard deviations, T-test and ANOVA and LSD were used. The study highlighted the following findings. The Role Of School Management gifted
students In the governate of Muscat In Sultanate of Oman is medum , the findings revealed that there were significant statistical differences at the level (0.05 > a), due to variables of academic qualification, gender and years of experience and jop , for The Role Of School Management gifted students in the governate of Muscat In Sultanate of Oman In the light of the findings, the researcher recommends the followings; The need to provide the material and human needs in the school environment and the need to increase cooperation with the family and local community institutions and make them aware of the importance of discovering and nurturing this group of students and the need to choose the principals of the educated and informed educational leaders who believe in the importance of investing student talent and nurtured.
