‫الحاجات التدريبيّة لمعلمي اللغة العربيّة في التعليم ما بعد الأساسي في الجانب التخصصي من وجهة نظرهم

This study aims to limit the training needs for Arabic hangnage teachers and specify if there are differences in these needs related to the experience, and gender and this was through answering the following questions: - what training needs for the Arabic hangnage teachers in the post-basic education in the specialist from the viewpoint of teachers? - Are there significant differences in training needs for the Arabic hangnage teachers in the post-basic education in the specialized experience due to the variable? - Are there significant differences in training needs for the Arabic hangnage teachers in the post-basic education in the specialist from the viewpoint of teachers due to the variable type? To answer all these questions, a questionnaire was prepared which includes nine branches:Reading, independent reading, literature texts, Arabic literature, grammar, grammatical rules, poetry and rhythm, written and oral comprehension and literature analysis. The total of the used passages was about 51 passages. To make sure of its results, we showed them to a group of head checkers and the result was calculated using Alfa Test and the final result was about 0.97 and it was applied on a sample of 160 teachers. Then, the result was analyzed using the mathematical average. One of the most important results of the study is that all the training needs are between the high and middle stage. The order of these needs is: -criticism -oral and written expressions -independent reading -forms of poetry -Arabic literature -grammatical rules -literature texts -Rhythm The study proves that there are great statistical differences in the training needs for Arabic hangnage teachers in post-Bascic education in the qualification field which is related to the category and experience. Finally, the study recommended that the responsible authorities for humans development department in the Ministry of education should build and create training courses according to the needs which the study examined.
