This study aimed at identifying professional consistency and its relationship to the level of ambition among religious personnel of the Southern Al-Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher used the descriptive correlative approach, and the sample consisted of (283) employees from among the religious personnel, while using the professional consistency scale prepared by (Al-Rawahiyya, 2016) and the level of ambition scale (Moawwad and Abdel-Azim, 2005). The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which was that the level of consistency among the study sample was high, while the level of ambition was very high, as well as having a correlation and semantic relation between professional consistency and the level of ambition among the study sample, as well as having statistically significant differences in the level of professional consistency for the variable of gender that was in favor of females. There is also a statistically significant relationship for the variable of academic qualification in favor of the answers of general education diploma or less. There is also a statistically significant relationship for the variable of years of experience in favor of (1-5) years, in addition to having a statistically significant relationship in the level of ambition for the variable of gender in favor of males, but there is no statistically significant relationship for the variable of academic qualification, while there are statistical differences for the variable of years of experience in favor of (1-5) years.
