The wife taking payment from her husband is a recurrent issue related to the existing reality of each family and to the economic situation, and it is related to the family's stability. However, its provisions have not been studied separately neither in a scientific study, nor in a separate book. This question was discussed by previous jurists (fuqaha') in different occasions when discussing the following issues: Does the woman have the right to take payment for lactation and custody? Does the woman have the right to ask for payment for serving her husband? Therefore, this research was conducted to study this subject in the light of comparative Fiqh and recent time developments. In order to reach these legal rules, I started my research with an introduction, in which I explained the meaning of the Islamic legal rules, explained the definition of payment, and discussed the marital rights. The introduction was followed by three chapters. In the first, I discussed lactation and the legal rules of taking payment for it. In the second, I discussed custody and the legal rules of taking payment for it. In the third, I explained the legal rules of a wife serving her husband, paying her for the service, and whether she can take a payment for her service? I concluded the research by the most important results and recommendations.
