This study presents the subject of criminal attacks on the environment in wartime, where we are looking at war crimes with an environmental impact, and the fact of the matter is that the environment is exposed to a lot of attacks, whether in wartime or peace, and what is worse is the international community not being aware of the crime of crimes directed By attacking the environment with the same intensity as other crimes, despite the richness of general international law in branches dealing with these issues, such as international environmental law, governing the actions of the international community in this framework, and criminalizing every act that takes place against the environment, and we were given the choice to present a crime against The environment in wartime, and we are looking into the criminalization of the International Criminal Court, We have chosen the crime of nuclear waste disposal as a crime that takes place in wartime and as a consequence of the war. We discussed the pillars of this crime in accordance with the provisions of the statute of the court, in the texts of punishment, and we ended with some results from the study and a number of recommendations.
