This thesis aims to illustrate crimes related to information which came as a direct result of the rapid technological development witnessed world wide in every aspect of life. Such crimes have led to great economic damages, security hazards and social unrest. The crying need to face and limit the danger of such crimes was great in order to find appropriate solutions by the concerned authorities and bodies. The researcher in this study has concluded the following: Crimes related to information are different to conventional crimes as it require certain technical knowledge and expertise, therefore law enforcers and investigation officers must be qualified by attending specialized courses in information technology to achieve the required level of capabilities to combat such criminals and understand the nature of information crimes. Emphasize on the importance of international cooperation in all legal, security and economic aspects as information crimes may easily cross states boundaries and many states may be the victim of the same crime.
