Omani advice is considered to be one of the essential ert prose as it is a truthful mirror of the religious, intellectual and cultural life during that era. It also gives us a clear view of advisors' high style, and their scientific and social status. The study followed the historical approach to look through advice during the second era of Imamah and it analytical approach to study the arts and moral sides. The research is divided into two parts. The first part is for the study and includes the introduction with two chapters. The first chapter is for the advice abstract features through the ideas, meanings and the logical arguments. While the second chapters includes the words and structures features .Also it covers the artistic expressions and words conclusion, I introduced the essential results of my research The second part of my study is a collection of some advice, explaining the mysterious matters, indexing of the verses of the Koran, sayings of the prophet, and poetic verses and brief of people and countries. Also it includes editing some words that were written in a wrong way
