English abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of school activities specialists in activating
technology in the management of educational activities in the Sultanate of Oman, and to
reveal the degree of difference in technology activation in managing activities in the light
of gender variable, educational qualification, and years of experience in the job.
To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method
through designing a questionnaire consisting of 34 paragraphs distributed into four areas:
planning, organizing and coordinating, supervising and following up, and evaluating. The
tool also included an open question to identify the proposals of the study sample in
improving the role of school activities specialists in activating technology in the
management of educational activities in the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample
consisted of 354 school activities specialists who were randomly selected from the various
schools of educational governorates in the Sultanate, i.e. %32 of the study population, and
a set of statistical methods were used, including: arithmetic averages, standard deviations,
(T) testing, mono-variance analysis, and estimation of stability using internal consistency.
The results of the study showed the following:
1. The role of school activities specialists in activating technology in managing
educational activities in the Sultanate of Oman came with an average degree of
activation, as the field of planning came in the first place, followed by the field of
organization and coordination, then the field of supervision and follow-up, while the
field of evaluation came in the last place.
2. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05)
regarding the role of school activities specialists in activating technology in managing
educational activities in the Sultanate of Oman, according to variables; Gender,
qualification, and years of experience in the job.

In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended a number of
recommendations, including: training school activities specialists on special skills related
to technology utilization in educational activities through the recruitment of experts and
specialists, and designing an electronic program for follow-up and evaluation that
contributes to providing officials in the educational activities section of the ministry with
brief reports on the performance of activities specialists School, and allocating an
independent financial budget for the school activities specialist to provide appropriate
technical requirements, in addition to creating electronic programs and applications that
facilitate communication with parents.

ستسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور أخصائي أنشطة مدرسية في تفعيل تكنولوجيا التعليم في إدارة الأنشطة التربوية بمدارس بمدارس سلطنة عمان ، ولتحقيق ذلك سيتم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من 104 أخصائي وأخصائية أنشطة مدرسية من جميع مدارس محافظة شمال الباطنة، حيث تشكل هذه العينة 50% من مجتمع الدراسة الكلي، وسيتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة سيقوم الباحث باستخدام إستبانة من تصميمه كأداة ملائمة لجمع البيانات اللازمة للحصول على المعلومات والحقائق من قبل عينة الدراسة
