The study aims to identify the role of religious guidance in promoting positive values among school students from the point of view of the psychologist and social specialist in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach, and a scale was built. The study population consisted of all schools affiliated with the Ministry of Education within the Sultanate of Oman at all stages of pre-university education, which is represented by a number of (1,700) government schools. The study sample was selected by the intentional choice to achieve the goal of the study, and they are from all psychological and social specialists within all schools of the Sultanate of Oman in its various educational stages, and their number is (338). The results of the study concluded that the role of religious psychological guidance in promoting positive values among school students in the Sultanate of Oman from the point of view of psychologists and social specialists. It came at a very high level. The factors affecting the acquisition of positive values are very high, as their average reached (4.36). The results did not show any statistically significant differences due to the variables (professional specialization, gender, years). Experience, academic qualification) in assessing the role of religious psychological counseling in promoting positive values among school students. In light of the previous results, the study recommended the necessity of including specialized courses in religious psychological counseling in programs for preparing psychologists and social workers in the Sultanate of Oman to enhance their capabilities in this vital field. And work to activate the role of religious psychological counseling in schools by allocating regular religious counseling sessions for students with the participation of specialists and trained counselors. Involving families and the local community in religious psychological counseling programs provided to students, to enhance the role of the surrounding environment in instilling positive values. key words: Religious guidance - positive values - psychological and social specialist.
