Eustress is one of the most important constructs that results in job satisfaction (Jarinto, 2011; Swody, 2006) and maximizes employees' performance (Jehangir et al., 2011) in organisations. Based on conservation of resources theory, employees who embrace resources are able to deal effectively with job demands and consequently experience eustress which is considered fundamental for employees' performance and organizational success.
