The analyses revealed no significant relationship between WLB challenges and turnover intention among the Omani males.
Research finding clarify that Omani Males are not facing much Work-Life Balance Challenges compare to women workers and this because they got support either from their family or organization. Furthermore, males have lower roles at home compare to working women therefore they can focus more on their jobs responsibilities. In addition, they do not have much intention to leave their jobs as about 76% of them like to work in their organization. The Omani males show much commitment to their organizations and to their workplace and almost 71% of males reflect a strong sense of belonging to their organization.
