The study aimed to identify the methods of alternative assessment planning which used by teachers of Science and Mathematics series, the obstacles of using alternative assessment tools, the suggestions for developing alternative assessment, knowing differences significance in type variable, qualifications, years of experience, specialization, lessons count and branches count. The sample of study included 231 teachers (Males & Females) whom were chosen according to the availabilty from Mascut Governorate. A questionnaire that consists of forty five pharse was prepared and distributed according to five themes and it was proved and verified. The study found that teachers of Science and Mathematics series at the second cycle in Mascut Governorate are mostly care about planning to fulfill the alternative assessment and they highly use alternative assessment tools, they often follow up the results of alternative assessment. They assure that there are a lot of obstacles that hinder the use of hinder alternative assessment tools, one of the most important suggestions for developing alternative assessment: to hold an annual meetings for teachers , supervisors, officials to discuss the most significant results of applying the alternative assessment during the academic year, the results indicated that there are some differences in favour of those who has average branches (Three Branches) versus those who has huge branches ( More than three Branches), in presence of multiple obstacles, as the experience and qualifications will not solely affect positively on the methods of alternative assessment, lack of statistically significant differences concerning the type variable or academic specialization in the study of the reality of the use of alternative assessment.
