The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a training program based on teaching methods derived from the Holy Qur'an and the Prophet's Sunnah on the performance of Islamic education teachers in teaching Faith, their attitudes towards it, the achievement of their students, and the development of their critical thinking skills in the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consisted of (22) male and female teachers, they were divided into two experimental and control groups, and each group consisted of (11) male and female teachers. Also include the sample (276) male and female students, who were divided into two groups; Where the experimental group consisted of (137) male and female students, and the control group consisted of (139) male and female students. The study tools represented in the observation card and attitude scale were applied to teachers, achievement test and critical thinking test to students. The study reached the following results: -There are statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of teachers in the experimental and control groups in the observation card and attitude scale, in favor of the experimental group. -There are statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the teachers in the experimental group in the two applications, the pre and post applications in the observation card, and the attitude scale, in favor of the post application. - There are no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the teachers in the experimental group in the post-application in the observation card, and the attitude scale due to the variables of gender and years of experience. -There are statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of students in the experimental and control groups in the achievement test and critical thinking test, in favor of the experimental group. - There are statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the students in the experimental group in the pre and post applications in the achievement test and the critical thinking test, in favor of the post application. - There are no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the students in the experimental group in the post application in the achievement test and the critical thinking test due to the gender variable. - There are statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the students in the experimental group in the post application in the achievement test and the critical thinking test due to their level of performance in Islamic education, in favor of the level (excellent). In the light of these results, the study recommended training Islamic education teachers to use teaching methods derived from the Holy Qur'an and the Prophet's Sunnah in teaching the Islamic Faith, and to enhance their positive attitudes through various training courses, and to set up training programs and workshops for teachers to develop students' critical thinking skills In Faith.

هدفت‌ الدراسة‌ إلى‌الكشف‌ عن ‌فاعلية ‌برنامج ‌تدريبي ‌قائم‌على الاساليب‌ التدريسية‌المستمَّدة مي التربية الاسلامية في تدريس العقيدة، واتجاهاتهم ِّ من القرآن الكريم والُسَّنة النبوية على أداء معلمي التربية الإسلامية في تدريس العقيدة، واتجاهاتهم نحوها وتحصيل طلبتهم وتنمية مهارات التفكير الناقد لديهم بسلطنة عمان. ولتحقيق أهداف الد ارسة ُ استخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكَّونت العينة ‌من‌(22) معلما معلمة قسموا إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة، كذلك‌ تضمن ‌العينة‌(276) طالبا ِّوطالبة، قسموا إلى مجموعتين حيث تكونت المجموعة الأولى التجريبية من (137) طالبا وطالبة وتكَّونت المجموعة الضابطة من (139) طالبا وطالبة.
