The study aims to identify faculty acceptance of e-resources at Applied Sciences Colleges in Oman by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) through determining the effect of external variables on belief variables and the effect of the belief variables on the dependent variable which is the behavioral intention of using electronic resources. The data collected through a quantitative method. It consisted of a structured survey questionnaire that contained 46 statements on 6 themes representing the study variables (external variables, belief variables, and the independent variable). The questionnaire distributed to 120 faculty members at the Applied Sciences Colleges in Oman; 108 valid questionnaires were returned. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to facilitate the process of analyzing the collected data; and two quantitative analysis techniques were derived to analyze the data collected: descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The descriptive analysis included frequencies, percentages and standard deviations. The inferential analysis included independent samples t-test, Pearson correlations and one-way ANOVA tests to determine whether observed differences between the study variables were statistically significant. Findings of the study indicated that there is a direct relationship between the belief variables (Perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness). Findings also showed that there is a direct relationship between the external variables (Individual differences, information system quality and the quality of information) and the belief variables (Perceived ease-ofuse and perceived usefulness) which in turn affects the behavioral intention of usage. Moreover, findings indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in terms of gender, age and academic experiences and the behavioral intention of using e-resources. Finally, the study sets à group of recommendations which include the development of e-resources through increasing the annual subscriptions to various databases in line with the existing specializations in the Applied Sciences Colleges. It was also recommended that there should be an increase in e-services provided within the Applied Sciences Colleges to create harmony and trust between the users and the various forms of e-services.
