The aim of this study is to know the effect of a training program in the Islamic education female teachers acquiring inference skill with the holy Qur'an and Sunnah, in addition to using semi-experimental approach which is based on the design of the two groups (experimental and control group). The sample of the study consisted of (30) Islamic education female teachers teaching the tenth grade students in Muscat Governorate, The Sultanate of Oman. The research groups were divided into two equal groups, one is experimental group consisting of (15) female teachers and the other is the control group consisting of (15) female teachers. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers built a training program that included field activities and applications for the skill of inference with the Holy Quran and Sunnah, and it was verified by a group of assessor, in addition, a class note card prepared by the researcher has been used in study, consisting of (26) skills related to fields of teaching (Planning, implementation, activities and evaluation), its verification was confirmed throught specialized evaluators and its accuracy percentage reaches 0.93 The study concluded with a number of results: • There is a statistically significant difference at the level of designation (a = 0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group and the control group in the skill of inference with the Holy Quran and Sunnah on the posteriori application. • There is a statistically significant difference at the level of designation (a = 0.05) among the average scores of the experimental group in the skill of inference of the Holy Quran and Sunnah on before and after application of training program. In view of these results, the study recommended training female teachers through workshops and activities to use the skill of inference with the Holy Quran and Sunnah, and the need to improve awareness among Islamic education female teachers about using the skill of inference with the Holy Quran and Sunnah in all fields of teaching (planning, implementation, activities and evaluation). The study also proposed to prepare a study on the effect of practicing the skill of inference with the Holy Quran and Sunnah for students' performance and their attitudes toward the subject of Islamic education, and the effect of a training program on Islamic education female teachers acquiring the skill of inference with the Holy Quran and Sunnah
