This study aimed to determine the degree of use of mind maps in developing written expression skills among Arabic language teachers in the Buraimi Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman, and to explore the differences between the study members based on the two variables: gender and experience. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive research approach was used. The study sample consisted of 144 teachers, who were selected casually. The study tool was applied to the sample. The study concluded that the degree of Arabic language teachers’ use of mind maps came in first place; With an arithmetic mean of 4.31, and a standard deviation of 0.65, with a very high degree, then followed by the goals of using mind maps in developing written expression skills, with an arithmetic mean of 4.18, and a standard deviation of 0.68, and finally the degree of students’ employment of written expression skills with an arithmetic mean of 3.83, and a standard deviation of 0.76, and the second and third axes came with a score High, and there are no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages for the degree of using mind maps in developing written expression skills among Arabic language teachers in Al Buraimi Governorate due to the gender variable with a significance level of 0.441, which is greater than 0.05, and there are differences for years of experience in favor of years of experience 11-20. From 20 or more, in the degree of use of mind maps in developing written expression skills, the study came up with a set of recommendations, including: enhancing cooperation and exchanging experiences, improving training and guidance, and developing educational resources.
