The study aimed at identifying the role of Educational Management M.A. Programme at the University of Nizwa in developing the management skills of its graduates, exploring the statistical differences in the graduates' assessments of the role of the M.A. programme which could be attributed to a number of factors, including the graduates' age, graduation year, the type and the course of graduation (whether it is a thesis or a comprehensive exam), the occupation, and years of experience. The study used a descriptive approach. Questionnaires were used as a method for collecting the data of the study which has been applied to a study sample of 114 M.A. male and female graduates. The study came up with several findings. Most importantly, it proved that the role of Educational Management M.A. Programme at the University of Nizwa in developing the technical, human, cognitive, and self) management skills of the graduates was agreed upon to a large extent. The study also revealed statistically significant differences attributed to gender variable in favour of the male graduates, while there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of the course of graduation in favour of the comprehensive exam and statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of the years of experience in favour of the category of 11-20 years. The study also demonstrated the lack of any statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of the graduation year and the occupation. The study made numerous recommendations. Most importantly, the university should maintain the current level of Educational Management M.A. Programme for its role in developing management skills of its graduates. The study also recommended that work the programme should be further developed in the same direction and that both graduate students and their supervisors should seek to publish their researches in academic periodicals and conferences at the local, regional, and the international levels
