Rwsearch deal with caring for the best interests of child in the light of the Omani legislation, by addressing his relationship with the family,his relationship with civil dealings and the country. The aim of this research is to show the extent to which concerned Omani legislation considers best interests of Child inor not and find alternatives to help child obtain the highest legal porection of his rights. This study has shown that the sponsor of Omani lawmaker considers interests of the Child by acceding to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which decided to this principle, but there are some shortcomings wear suppose to addressed and are showninin the recommendations of the message
